Waiting after an interview (Pahingi po ng dasal, good luck wish, o bertud pwede rin)
Hi, mga kabayan!
I've been sending out online applications for such a long time now, on and off in the last three years, and finally, nitong May may nakuha akong interview invite from a reputable employer.
I flew there last week lang, at nung May 21, Monday, they interviewed me. From the looks of it mukhang nagustuhan naman nila ako, very positive ang language nung interviewers (2 Singaporean na babae, may 1 lalake na nag-observe nung demo presentation ko, tapos may Pinay staff silang ipina-kausap sa akin so I'd know kung paano ang buhay doon sa company for Filipino workers. (Nag-iisang Pinay staff sya at andun na sya for 9 years).
They advised me to wait for two weeks kasi may mga iba pa raw silang i-interviewhin.
Natatakot ako pero at the same time excited din.
Salamat sa pakikinig. God bless us all. I know God is in control, kahit ano pa outcome nito,

Congrats..
keep prayin'
Ang maganda ay yung benefits na diniscuss sa akin nung director during the interview. May 13th month pay pala sila, variable bonuses depending on individual performance and company performance. May insurance, company subsidized ang medical expenses basta magbayad ka lang ng $10, tapos from what I remember sasagutin din nila further training ng employee. For example sa akin yung ACTA (required for trainers in SG), they will shoulder cost for that daw. They also have 18 days of paid leaves per year, at dahil school sila, maraming term breaks. This is what I remember during the interview. I can manage with the salary for now, pero yung opportunities for growth talaga habol ko for long-term.
Sana nga tuloy tuloy na! With God’s grace, hopefully. Salamat sa suporta!
Congrats!!!!!!
Anyway, good luck sa sg journey mo! and congrats!
Re: insurance, that's good to know! I'll ask kung bakit may ganung set up na dapat $10 per interface sa doktor.
May question ako. Ung partner ko kasi E-Pass. Process engineer sya for an MNC and he is non-Asian. He does not remember getting any medical tests. How do these things happen?
Salamat! Sana magtuloy-tuloy na ito without a problem.
Guys! Maraming, maraming salamat. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Ngayon IO officer naman. Hahaha! Para talagang butas ng karayom! Hahaha
