@lhetski , I think the new breed of OFW now are wise and more practical. Dahil din siguro sa social media, yung information like savings / investment is widely encouraged. Ofcourse, meron pa din umuuwi na luhaan kasi wlang naipon, but in general, I can say that OFWs now are financially literate.

@RDG may point ka, pansin ko mas financially literate na ngayon mga tao. like sa circle ko, halos lahat into stocks, mutual funds, real estate, business. minsan dpende din sa mga taong nakapaligid sayo, maeencourage ka. so sa mga baguhan dito, laging isaisip na walang job security dto sa sg, kht pa 2yrs valid ung pass mo, pwedeng bukas waley kna trabaho. so dpt be wise, ipon muna bago luho.

I am not forcing anyone to buy or get the construction services from us. And what is wrong of starting this thread? Affected ba kayo kasi wala pa kayong investments / ipon? @JuanDeLaCruz @isorn4x di ko kayo finoforced baka kasi you cannot afford din lol

@lhetski sorry ms Lhet Dela Cruz I've been in real estate for 20 years na in 3 different countries, baka buong pamilya mo kaya kong bilhin.

Mag ingat ka dyan kung sino ini insulto mo Lhet Dela Cruz, konteng lapse lang sa mga registrations mo at kaya kitang patalsikin sa business mo. Kung pata asan ng ihi wag ka mag mamarunong.

Ako talaga di ko afford sa totoo lang, pero dapat ang mga agents hindi nagbibitaw ng mga ganyan salita sa mga tao lalo na sila na man ang gusto mag benta. So medjo na offend din ako.

Btw, I'm no longer w HSBC. Yes I am not licensed. Those that are interested in buying properties I passed them to my licensed broker. Hindi po ako manloloko at hindi ako masamang tao.
