1. Answer and follow up all incoming calls, online requests and respond to Members' emails.
2. Clarify desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
3. Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
4. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
5. Process orders, forms, and application.
6. Make required appointments, reservations, bookings, and arrange itineraries on behalf of Members.
7. Document all call and communication information according to standard operating procedures.
8. Source and contact vendors for services.
9. Negotiate discounts and acquire special deals from vendors.
10. Other duties as assigned.

3. Outgoing and energetic attitude and good personality.
4. Good listening skills.
5. Able to converse fluently with others in the business and executive world.
6. Prior membership sales experience an advantage.
