Kahapon may nag email skn HR ng isang company. Pina fill up ako ng form tapos after kong ifill up at isend bglang reply skn kung working na ba daw ako sa SG or Pinas pa kasi SG address at number nakalagay sa CV ko. Tapos sinabi kong nasa pinas pa ako. Tapos ayun wala ng reply. Tingin nyo ba tama ung sinabi kong nasa pinas pa ako? Or maling mali un? Sinabi ko naman na willing ako punta SG if irequest nla.     Doesn't really matter and makes no difference at all. I think mas concern or interest malaman nung HR eh kung existing pass holder ka ngayon or hindi pa. Karamihan kasi sa mga companies eh tingin nila mas madali i-apply ang may existing pass at record of approval na, kesa sa mga wala pa. Pahirapan kasi ngayon ang approval mostly sa mga new applicants na wala pang record.

    it doesn't matter whether you're in Pinas or SG. Just send them courtesy reply na you're in PH and willing to come to SG.
