Marketing Executive for entertainment clubs
Summary / Objective
A Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of offline, online and social marketing plans in a fluid and collaborative environment. This involves proposing ideas during web development and suggesting marketing platforms, among other things.
The individual should be creative, resourceful, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines, have good interpersonal and communication skills. Duties include evaluating the effectiveness of marketing communication plans and making adjustments where necessary, helping to increase brand awareness, generating leads, converting sales as well as fostering customer loyalty.
The candidate's main focus of F&B establishments will be on the entertainment clubs. He/she will be required to spend some time in the nights to work with operations' personnel on marketing efforts.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other marketing department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects.
- Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans.
- Perform market analysis relating to market trends, competitors’ activity and products, presenting findings in clusters for further analysis.
- Plan and oversee the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts.
- Present regular updates and information to other department heads and executives.
- Work with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.
- Monitor competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
- Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeps accurate records and highlights where variances occur.
- Organise and attends company-wide and marketing events.
- Assist in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships.
- Work hand-in-hand and establish good relations with suppliers and vendors when they patronise establishments.
- Review and handle comments on social media platforms.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Communications, Analytical, Attention to Detail
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Be passionate and well-versed about all things entertainment - the clubbing scene, DJ and live music.
