Ang malupit ln nun is ung company namin is maliit ln tapos part ng partnership, so yung partner namin customer din namin. lahat ng software nila parang kami ung it support nila. yung mga staff nila pasa work samin kahit na dapat sila ung gumagawa.

Actually may isa pang solution, if the current process/setup ng SDLC and IT Ops niyo ay mali/pangit/mabagal/redundant/leads to bad quality product, why not change it?
Influence them (your team, your management) na there's a lot to be improved in the current process, show them the benefits of changing the current and adopting to a new one (Agile, Scrum, DevOps!). It will be a slow process but rewarding sa experience at career mo. But if you're not the type who challenges the status quo and influence/enforce change, then yung unang advice ko ang gawin mo.
yung payo mo boss @tambay7 ginawa ko na din, tnry namin yung scrum, kaso hindi maimplement ng maayos hanggang sa umalis na ung ibang dev. haha
try2 ko nln uli magapply, sobrang hirap nga tlga lumipat.
Sa ngayon nakahanap nko ng lilipatan, gusto ko ln humingi ng suggestion. Mageexpire na kasi ung pass ko next month ( end of month) pero ang notice ko kasi is 2 months. Tama ba na i pay in lieu ko na lang ung 2nd month notice ko since expiring na ung pass ko? Willing naman ako bumalik2 para turuan ung papalit incase hindi agad makahanap ng papalit.

Sa ngayon hindi pa nila nirerenew, and last renewal ko ng pass, 2 weeks before maexpire yung pass ko saka ln nila inapply for renewal.
pero kung hindi nya gagawin at napangako mo na sa bagong kumpanya na isang buwan lang ang notice mo, mapipilitan kang bayaran kung papabayaran sayo unless nga hindi ka na nila i-renew. ang prob lang ay wala pa ang IPA mo at baka mauna ang renewal mo
