Minimum Salary

Hello po!

I just want to ask a few questions sa mga kinauukulan  Sana po may makasagot

For background purposes:

I am a 19-year-old guy with no College Degree who worked for 1 year and 9 months as an Executive Assistant to COO sa isang Travel Consultancy. I tried applying online and may mga nag iinvite na sa akin for interview. Hindi ko naman po problema yung titirhan and PUB kasi po nakailang balik na din ako sa SG (4 times within the past 3 years) kasi po may Tita ako dito and may Condo Unit sila ng asawa niya.

Question:

Nowadays I know kinoconsider ang school and degree for entry level work. totoo na lowest bidder and best experience ang gusto ng employer. pero sad to say MOM has the last say, malupit sila mag check ngyon at daming narereject na s-pass. we dont know thier criteria pero I was wondering na-mention mo ba sa resume mo na no college degreee ka nung nag submit ka? hinihingi rin kasi eto ng mga employer.
  • Opo Admin, sinabi kong undergraduate ako and most of the time kapag may inaapplyan po ako I make sure na nilagay nila dun sa specifications na no work experience required and/or no diploma needed (GCE 'O' Levels, Secondary School).

Thank you so much po sa inyong insight.
  • If you don't mind ano natapos mo?
  • Aweng, wala pa po as of the moment.
  • Just a heads-up, sobra hirap ma approve sa MOM pag wala ka diploma/bachelor tawag sa atin. Finish your studies and get some experience.

  • @kapre-korn "nilagay nila dun sa specifications na no work experience required and/or no diploma needed (GCE 'O' Levels, Secondary School)" don't you think they are referring to the locals here?
  • Tama si @Tonski medyo mahirap sa ngayon, my friend ako dito 2 years ang tinapos sa pinas, pero ang dami nyang experience sa tinapos na. Mag 4 years na yata sya dito.

  • Pansin ko lang ang mga courses na in demand in other foreign countries or pang long term ay health, engineers, IT Sectors.. just narrow it down kung san ka interesado :)
