Looking for any HR position in SG

Quick question lang po. Mahirap po ba maka land ng HR position sa SG? or is it reserved po para sa mga locals? salamat po

  • From what I read, meron tayo mga HR personnel dito sa forum, but in general, its a work na talagang priority is Local. Kasi need nila malaman ung mga MOM policy and local labor laws. Mate-train naman lahat, pero I would say 70% will be taken by locals pag HR ang position.
In house HR I would say >90% local.
Would local be preferred as well?

Usually talaga local kapag in house HR/employee relations etc.

sample, a 50-100 head company usually 2 HR staff is enough, so kung 500 - 1000 head company, eh wala pang 10 HR kaya na.

  • sa accounts sya dati then ngayon more as executive secretary na yung work nya; same company naiba lang yung designation
