Hello guys! Good day. Nakakalungkot lang po Rejected ang pass application sken after 11 days of waiting. This is my second employer po. Salary declared was the same with the previous employer. Ano po kaya ang reason bakit ganun? May makakapag advice po ba saken. Nababaliw na ko talaga mga kabayan. Sana po mabigyan nyo ko ng advice. Thanks in advance.

Regarding sa degree, I think ur ok kahit hndi inline sa career ung degree. Ang kinakatakot lang naten is ibang officer, stingy pagdating sa pinag aralan at sa field mo. Wala din silang clear cut policy dyan, so MOM tackles every application into its own merits. 1st things 1st, ur company should find out bkit ka na reject. And keep that communication line open sa company mo, pra alam nilang engaged ka pa din sa employment mo sa kanila.
Kung sinabi ng MOM na quota issue, kahit itaas sahod o position kung wala quota, rejected pa din yan. Yung mga company na may quota naman pero rejected pa din yung application yun yung mostly dahil sa position, salary, at qualification ng applicant. Pwedeng yung applicant eh underqualified, overqualified, masyado mababa sweldo for the role, masyado maikli experience for the role, o dahil hindi nag post sa job bank yung employer, o marami namang supply na lokal worker for that role / industry. Ang daming pwedeng factor / reason.
