Hi guys, pa share nmn ng experience, may friend is under WP, but expiring this week. He want to exit in JB for like few days and come back in singapore. He is not looking for any job gusto nya lng magstay pa in singapore for next 2 weeks to be with his gf, any thoughts?? or kailangan nya talagang bumalik ng pinas.

    cacancelin plang po, so pag labas ng sg thats time na macacancel po kc susurender nya ung pass nya, and 1 week lng po bibigay sa kanya dib pag cancel ng pass??

    hindi na kailangan mag JB.. meron sya 30days para manatili dito after makansel ang pass. or tawag kanalang sa immigration para makasigurado ka..

    @palosforever ang magka-cancel ng pass nya ang company nya, upon cancellation meron ibibigay company nya printout 30 days visit pass. pwedi nrin sa company nya surrender yung card nya.

    @palosforever, Tama ka po na pag WP, 1 week lang ang ibibigay na extension after the termination of contract. Mahigpit po sila pag WP. Isa pa makukuha lang nung employer yung security bond pagka alis nya.

    pwede niya i-try mag exit, pero usually yung mga WP, binabantayan mabuti ng ICA, minsan sinisiguro ng employer at ICA na sa home country ang exit ng WP holder, part ata ng requirement on wp cancellation ay yung departure ticket at may special pass na ibibigay sa wp holder after cancellation at yung pass na yun ay hahanapin ng IO paglabas ng Sg.
