2 months resigned sa company and looking for other opportunity.
Hi Guys! may tanong lang ako na hire ako sa bago company tpos nag ka problema dhl sa hindi sila nag bigay ng training at pinasabak ako sa trabaho and sabi nila hindi ko daw kaya. so pinag resign nlng ako. ang tanong ko pde ko ba hindi na ilagay sa resume ko ung recent company. may 1 month visitor pass pa kasi ako at sana makahanap ng trabaho.

1st job mo ba sa sg yan? di tlg uso training dito, pagsabak mo sa work, eexpect nila na alam mo na gagawin mo.
tama si @maya di uso training dito lalo na saten mga foreigner kasi tingin nila sayo professional ka unless na meron talaga kasama na training sa contract nio magandang dahilan yun para pag tinanung ka sa susunod na interview mo. goodluck!

@pauljeezy - For my case nilalagay ko lahat ng employer sa CV ko, sa shorted I stayed is 3 months dahil pangako sa akin after Probationary iincrease yung salary ko, but hindi nangyari yun kaya umalis ako..
Depende kc sa line of work mo... If in demand you don't have to worry looking for a new one, usapan nalang is offer.. how much they can pay.
For the CV if gaganda ba or hindi, usually nasa pagpapaliwanag mo na yun sa interview.. nacocompensate naman yun ng ibang job experiences mo... ex. tumatagal ka sa isang company ng 6 years, then iba is 2-3 years.. thats not bad even you put 1 (3 months work)... nagkakatalo pa rin yan at the end of the day is your skill set...
I would advice bago ka tumalon from tech support to system administration or server.. dapat atleast you know the basics.. di ganun kadali magmanage ng server lalo na ng linux.. kung naka-cloud ka atleast basic understanding will do.. masyado technical lalo na if hindi naka cloud.
Kaya may classification if Junior, mid-level and senior... I would hire junior or even newbie sysads bsta merong senior person to guide the team if wala then Ill definitely hire senior first.
