Legal Assistance from Phil Embassy
nagresearch sya and found this:
https://singaporelegaladvice.com/law-articles/non-compete-clauses-in-employment-contracts/

Like what they say, "it's not what you know, it's what you can prove in court"
nagresearch naman sya before lumipat, so kampante namang walang saysay yung kaso. dami din nabasang other cases na ganito and most of the time, not enforceable dahil against public law. problema lang tlga ung kailangan pa ng lawyer, and gastos, hassle at stress na dulot nito.
