Signed both employment contracts from 2 different companies

nagsign ng contract si friend sa company A, every week nagfofollow up pero hindi pa rin inapply pass nya, nakaexit na sya and all, more than 1month na di pa rin inaapply. panay reply ay this week this week.

Got another offer from company B, contract signed na din, within the day inapply ang pass.
Paano naung contract kay A? Binding ba un? alam ko kasi hanggat di approve ang pass, wala pa saysay ang contract eh? tama po ba?

  • Sis @maya yep tama ka, hindi binding ang contract unless approved na yung pass. Pero just in case, pending un pass nya ke company B at mag-apply si company A, malalaman din nila kasi hindi sila ia-allow ng system to do antoher application. Pero sana, mauna ma-issue na muna un ke company B para maabisuhan ng friend mo si company A.
