Contract Verification and Authentication
Hi, ask ko lang need ko pa ba magpaverify ng contract and authenticate. Direct hire kasi ako dito sg and balak ko umuwi ng Pinas. Nabasa ko nagffall ako sa under Non OEC-Exempted OFWs which is need ng POLO Verification of Contract and ito yung mga requirements:
Employment contract signed on each page by the employer or the authorized representative containing terms and conditions which are over and above the POEA employment minimum standard (one original and one photocopy);
Print-out of Certificate from Registry of Companies (ACRA/BizFile) (one original and one photocopy);
Valid work permit, S-Pass, E-Pass or IPA (two photocopies);
Valid passport of worker (two photocopies); and
Any valid Identification of employer/authorized signatory to the employment contract (two photocopies)
Need ba talaga lahat nyan if kukuha ng oec and paregistered as ofw?

Proceed directly to the Airline counter at the airport for check-in.
Proceed to Immigration counter. Present your Passport valid at least 6 months from date of departure, valid work visa/work permit indicating your employer and jobsite.
In case your work visa does not indicate the name of your employer, you may present any of the following proof of employment stating your employer: valid employment contract, current employment certificate, valid employment ID, recent payslip. For domestic workers, valid POLO Verified Employment Contract shall be presented.
For your Travel Tax Exemption (Airline counter) and Terminal Fee Exemption (MIAA counter), bring a photocopy of any proof of overseas employment, as mentioned above including your airline ticket with code "LI International".
