SPASS downgrade to Work Permit

Hello mga Ka Pinoy Sg

Ask ko lang po ideas nyo, possible ba na ma downgrade yung pass mo? I am currently holding SPASS, meron kz new company na gusto mag hire sa akin, kaya lang they can apply me only under work permit.

Is that possible? meron na po ba dito na downgrade from SPASS to Work Permit? :#

    work permit tapos anong job title? construction worker? may jobs lang na pwede sa work permit eh, usually workers at DH, check mo sa MOM website. tsaka kung dati spass, edi declared na ung bachelor’s degree mo sa MOM. so baka mareject din. mraming limits ang work permit holder compared sa spass, iconsider din un.

    @maya what if position is admin assistant lang do you think will vary? nag try kasi mag search pero parang wala pa na cleared answer.

    kung malaysian ka, possible kasi may special treatment sila. pero pinoy? not sure. tsaka coconsider dn ng mom ano job title mo nung spass ka, delikado kung executive ka dati, tas downgraded? sahod mo, ganern, pede ireject if overqualified or masyado mataas salary compared sa job position. consider mo din na kpg wp ka, limited ung access mo sa mga bagay2. like travels, plans sa mga telcos, access sa banks at pag nicancel wp mo, dika mabibigyan 30days like spass. max ata 5 or 7days lang? pwede pang within the day pauwiin kna, employer magdedecide kelan ka uuwi. at syempre affected din future status mo. think long term

    @maya oh.... hndi ko naisip yung mga restrictions na yun.... Yung mga telcos and days after cancellation... thanks @maya. pero one more question, wala naman effect sa akin noh, kung iapply nila ako tapos ma reject kasi meron parin ako existing spass.

    may nagcomment dto dati, maid lang daw eligible sa work permit for filipinos. wala ngako alam na pinoy na construction worker dto eh. sa question mo, ang alam ko lang kpg work permit holder, at inapply spass, pag naapprove yun automatic ang cancellation ng wp. ewan ko lang kpg spass, tapos wp? siguraduhin mo muna bago mo paapply, bka mmya same na automatic cancellation din, patay tayo jan.

    @blair_w suggestion po kung hindi pa na-apply WP mo, suggest na wag mo ituloy. tama si @maya ang alam ko sa Pinoy na WP ay sa mga FDW (househelp) applicable

    baka maging problema mo yang application na yan sa future mo sa SG

    kasi if ever lang na applicable, pag naging WP ka na, baka hindi ka na makabalilk sa S/E pass sa susunod

    @kabo aw! Salamat sir, buti pala nag post ako dto. kasi supposedly, tomorrow morning ako iaapply ng wp. Nag try kz ako mag research sa web wala ako makita na sp downgrade to wp. Kaya nagbaka sakali ako dto.

    @blair_w too add, for Working Permit , semi-skilled foreign workers in the construction, manufacturing, marine shipyard, process or services sector . For your applied position as Admin Asst, it may not be possible and unlikely to be approved. But no matter how hard just try. All the best.
