Condo Loan - PNB Singapore under Own Philippine Home Loan OPHL

Saan po mas maganda mag apply ng loan sa PNB Singapore under OPHL nila or sa Pinas?

PNB Singapore - Lucky Plaza, Loan amount to book from PHP to USD tapos payable either USD and SGD. Naka-promo in 7.25% ang interest nila ngaun in 5 years fix term 10 years loan terms.

PNB Singapore Loan Application Fees - USD 150
Notarial - USD 75 per set of docs. x 4 = USD 300
Consularization - SGD 42.5
Bank Charges (inc Mortgage Processing fees, MRI, Fire Insurance) - 2 to 3 % of loan amount

Kung icocompara ang processing fees and bank charges mas mababa sa Pinas.

Pero, sa pinas ang current interest ng mga banks 8.50% in 5 years terms.

Saan po dapat mag apply ng loan application sa Pinas o dito sa PNB SG.

Maramimg Salamat Po..
