    @rayaj1992 pagkakaalam ko po mahirap mag hanap ng work dito kapag BPO. Dahil kadalasan BiLingual sila. Pero try nyo p din po, wala nmang mawawala. Goodluck po!

    @rayaj1992 I am actually from pure BPO experience. 3 years as agent, 1 year as senior agent, 4 years as RTA, 1 1/2 years as WFM Supervisor and now as a WFM Manager here in SG. I was hired directly sa Pinas and was sent here to work last January lang. I was referred by my sister in law. The only employee who was sent from PH to SG, we also have a site in PH pero the people that they hire are for PH site not here in SG. Kaya swerte lng tlga ko dahil the post that they were looking for "exactly" matches my current role.

    Kaya wala pong impossible sa taong may tiwala sa sarili at may pananalig sa diyos. :)

    Ako nga n hindi naghahanap ng work sa SG nakapag work dito, ikaw p kaya n masipag na naghahanap. Goodluck po!

    Wow, galing naman para sayo talaga yan kahit di mo naplan. :) 7 years of experience na ko sa BPO, 4 years as TL. Sabi nga nila mahirap daw makahanap pag BPO industry pero I believe may nakatadhana sa bawat isa. Hehe Time will come makakahanap din ako. Salamat ulit @zhypher .

    @rayaj1992 kaya yan sir, mga agents n pinoy dito dating mga BPO agents s pinas, pero they started working here 5 to 10 years ago na so noon p sila andito s SG. For us new batches, mas mahirap hindi lng s BPO background but for everyone dahil naghihigpit n tlga ung SG, even me. I dont know if my pass will be renewed next year. Goodluck po s inyo!
