Is freelance / part time online job illegal for spass holder

What if po outside Singapore yung nag offer, let's say someone overseas na nakuha sa sites like Freelancer or Upwork? Thanks!
still, you cannot do unless the job is under your company.
Ok thanks!
how about kaya yung mga dependent pass na not eligable to work? can they get freelance job?
thanks
@AiricE unfortunately, is not possible too.

Can a work pass holder work in multiple jobs?
All work pass holders must only work for their designated employer. They must not take on additional jobs or engage in activities to earn additional income in Singapore.
This also applies to training pass holders doing on-the-job training.
