Unpaid Phone Bill (opo tama po nababasa nyo tao lang nagkakamali din)

Dear sa lahat!

May postpaid plan ako inavail with starhub and over 5months na po ako overdue. May nareceive po akong letter from solicitor which means ninonotify na nila ako about my unpaid bills. Opo nagkamali po ko andun na po yun at babayaran ko po ito talaga kaso gipit ako ng sobra guys (insert other side issues )= may nakaexperience na po ba ng ganito? Ano ano po yung next na possible mangyari? Salamat po sa makapansin.

    Hi Im working for SH, sa nakikita ko pag sobrang tagal ng overdue ipapasa na ng SH yan sa collection team namen. ( third party company )

    Pag wala parin dederetso yan sa legal naman na mag sesend sayo ng one week notice pra bayaran or else mag proceed sila sa legal na. ( hindi ko alam ano mangyyari after non ). Yung account mo is ma blacklisted hindi lang samen pati sa lahat ng telco at alam ko kita narin yun if mag lalabas pasok ka ng SG. Remember na bawat account naka tali yan sa NRIC / FIN kaya walang takas.

    Payo lang kabayan na i settle mo nalang , yung finance naman namen is nag bbgy kahit papano ng installments kung malaki talaga, makiusap ka lang.

  • Hi, bro, salamat. May pinadala sakin ng letter 4 Nov pa, pero kahapon ko lang nakuha yung copy at nabasa yung notice. Pwede ba na sa starhub customer service na'ko dumaretso or over the phone? Whatever the process isesettle ko naman po. Kaso inend din ako ng contract sa work kaya nakahold yung sahod ko at 1st week pa ng december irerelease.

    @JM_0708 yung line mo ba is under company or consumer/ personal ? If company mo ang kumuha ng line for you pede mong i call yung 1631 pag naman personal 1633.

    Pede ka rin pumunta sa SH shop tutulungan ka nila don kung under consumer/ personal yung line mo.

  • Hi bro, under personal ko sya nakatag, pero since may promo yung SH para sa subscriber under company namin kaya na-enjoy ko yung discounted plan nung pagkuha ko ng unit.

  • @JM_0708 Okay Bro, Call mo nalang yung 1633. Tutulungan ka nila don, most likely they will advise you na mag bayad thru AXS or Online/ SH app. Then you can forward to them yung receipt/ reference number ng payment. Tapos na ba contract mo sa phone? Pag kasi under contract need mo talaga tapusin pra hindi ka ma charge ng penalty charges/ ETC.

  • @JM_0708 hindi naman sa kinakampihan kita at Mali naman talaga yang ginawa mo, way back 2011 nung TEP pass pa ako, madaming kababayan natin ang kumuha ng line, m1, singtel at starhub pwede sabay sabay iPhone 4 pa ang hot phone nun, naging issue yan sa pinoy na nag uuwi ng phone kahit Di pa bayad, nag padala lang din ng sulat and surprisingly nakakuha pa ulit yung isang batch ko ng plan, sa retail environment Di mag aaksaya ng 20k yung company para mag proceed ng case against kanino man kung ang theft value is not worth it, normally company security will just inform the IO to close the case unless my tinatawag silang "sindikato". Pero Mali pa din yan, mayamang company ang SH barya yung 20k para mag proceed sa kaso.
