Hi Pinoysg community! Hingi lang ng payo kung dapat bang sundin ang sinabi ng employer na kung gusto nyo pang mag work eh bawiin nyo ang nireklamo nyo s MOM.
Ang nireklamo: pinangako na dagdag sweldo after 3months hindi tinupad, Mc not paid when avail, 12 hour work na, (1hr break) sabi nung una 10 hours lang. nagbayad ng 3k as agency fee.
Nagreklamo sa MOM as anonymous, ngayun bat nalaman ng employer yung nagreklamo.
Dapat bang ituloy na nila ang kaso o iurong b lang?

kung itutuloy mo handa kabang sumipot sa korte pag may court hearing?
pero the moment na nag complaint ka sa mom, dapat inexpect mo yan, simula na yang sour relationship between you and your employer, don't expect hugs and kisses after complaining maliban na lang kung lokal ka.
at kung verbal lang lahat ng agreement/promises sayo, mabusisi na proseso yang reklamo na yan.
