~~We are looking for QS & project manager

QS job description:
Monitor project tender schedule and award from tender notice in the Newspaper, trade magazine and Gebiz website, etc.
Preparing quotations, letters and faxes.
Prepare monthly Progress Claim and Payment Certificate.
Acquire Sub-contractors and Suppliers to offer quotations and consolidate these quotations.
Other ad-hoc duties.

Project Manager Description:

Manage pre and post award project works
Prepare tender specification, tender calling and invitation to vendors
Prepare purchase order quality and quantity requirement to contractors
Checking and Prepare of Progress Claim
Checker of incoming and outgoing document
Attend site survey and site meeting
Handling of monthly claim
Document Controller and maintain ISO filing system
Other duties as assigned
