Software Engineers in Singapore, pls share your experience

Sa mga pinoy po in the Software Development/IT field, pashare naman po yung naging experience nyo getting into Singapore. Like paano po kayo nag-apply? Via agency or direct hire sa JobStreet, etc? Gaano katagal bago kayo nakakuha ng response after sending your resume? Kamusta naman po ang work. Sapat po ba ang sinasahod para sa cost of living ng SG? Any tips in the hiring process?
Interested po ako makarinig ng personal experiences kasi ako mismo may balak mag work abroad sa Singapore. Nag-send na ako ng mga resume online kaso so far no luck

@foxygrandpa hindi ako related sa field mo, pero as far as I know mahirap tlga humanap kaya huwag madismaya kung walang nagrereply sayo. Normal lang yan.
may nagsabi pa nga sa akin na ang advise sa kanya eh 100 applications a day.. to me medyo OA ano, pero mahirap tlga pramis. :P
construction sector ako, took me 8 months ng pag-aapply online, 10 to 20 applications a week siguro. haha. kaya wag ka malungkot, at wag ka susuko. papalarin ka rin.

mahirap na talaga makahanap work kahit saang field. pero kung para sayo, para sayo talaga. tyagaan lang.
