Balikbayan box missing - Speedbox Lucky Plaza
Almost 6 months di q pa natangap ang box ko, please avoid speedbox singapore. The worst of its kind, all my stuff lost from working here for 10years.
May hotline na walang naman sumasagot... I just need an MBL number to trace the box, hirap maka kuha ng info hopefuless talaga.
Babala sa mga magpapadala, iwasan ang SPEEDBOX Lucky Plaza.

magpapadala sana from LBC kaso meron nakapagsabi dito na not good to send during covid.

just insane, I might lost everything my electronics parts huhu, I kept it from previous company. Joly-box quite good also to send balikbayan, 3-4 weeks delivered na but yah.. not this time around.
Yes insured but the stuff I kept for years are good stuff to teaching children in my place...hopeful lang my box still there..

I've encountered yung nagpadala ako umabot ng more than 6 months. dahil kasi sa bagal ng process nung company. (hindi ito speedbox at ibang country din).
May tracking number ka ba? kung wala usually nasa resibo mo yun... alam ko Jolly Box at LBC may ganun sila sa paper nandun nakalagay yung tracking number mo para makita mo...
I tried calling them kaso nobody picks up they might be available again on June 2nd due to CB...
strange tho. they are a shipping company... they should be considered as essential service like LBC... didn't they file for a request? maybe they did and it was not approved. kaya wala silang operations.
also if it's 6 months. that's a bit strange. if it's 6 months then December pa yung box. dapat dumating na sya ng Feb. March 16 pa yung Lockdown if it's in manila so normally those boxes would have arrived before then and already was processed by Customs.
nagpadala ulit ako sa LBC nito lang. I just received a txt that my box is heading to philippines na.
Sa case ko, na recieve q yung box last week lang salamat at nakuha q pa mga gamit q..but last na eto kay speedbox.
Buti naman nakuham o yung box mo.

May 16th LBC Box Sent : Large Box po ng LBC
June 3th : Arrived
