Work Pass Extension
asking for a friend. june7 expiry ng pass, nirenew na last month kaso rejected, ngayon ongoing ang appeal. so nag-apply muna si employer ng extension of pass, naapprove for 1 month. kaso kasabay ay binigyan din siya ng embarkation valid until july7. ganon ba talaga? hindi ba dapat magstart lang ung 30days svp from expiry ng extension?

@maya sa intindi ko po ay dahil hindi pa approve ang extension nya. at once extended na ang pass nya, balewala na ang embarkation nya dahil under na ulit sya ng working pass at hindi ng social visit pass
Hi Maya- by right it will be a day after the last expiry day of the previous Visa- they can extend by the previous HR/employer impose new embarkation for short term visa..
