    @jaegu halos same sitwasyon ntin, kayalang yung samen usapan hindi magstay yung owner sa house
    ilolock nila yung isang room tas pagkapirma nmin nkikiusap yung owner kung pwedi stay lang daw sya dun sa room, hindi kmi pumayag so gsto nmin termin8 yung contrata umabot pa kmi sa small claim court para dun sa deposit nmin ayaw ibigay nun owner..ayun natalo kmi at hindi nmin nkuha yung deposit,.ngbase ang court sa contract.

    kausapin nio ung main tenant, kasi ang main tenant / owner kadalasan nagtitiis/napipilitan lang yan kasi mahirap maghanap ng kapalit..

    Sabihan nyo yung tenant as advise. Kung aware yung tenant, ala nakayong masyadong magagawa at mag antay na lang matapos yung anim na buwan.

    I think tama ang iba. Kausapin mo may ari. Totoo naman ang reason nyo na d kayo at ease. Unless nag babayad pala ung boyfriend ng hindi nyo alam. Raise it sa owner. Hope ma resolve yung issue nyo.

    gaano ka long term na ba yung guest, kung walang trabaho ibig sabihin walang pass, edi in due time lalabas din yan ng bansa. pero kung lokal yung lady at guest, eh tiisin nyo na lang yan sa loob ng 1 taon o forfeit niyo deposits niyo.

    @jaegu baka iba ang agreement dun sa isang housemate nyo? or mas mahal ang bayad nya, etc. pero siguro d naman masama mag ask. pwede mo siguro text kng nahiya ka ? (kung d mo na matiis)

    Bossings everything that is in the written and signed contract counts, anything not in the contract does not count. Next time pag contract is written to be sign, investigate everything before signing. " Not on the paper, no talk agreement", everthing agreed in the talk must be written on the paper for signature. Parang barok English pero yan po ang short of it.
