No. You need to either get the annulment done in Philippines which will cost 150-200K or get a divorce in Singapore which will cost $3k (you must be at least 3 yrs domiciled in Singapore upon application for divorce). Please note the divorce granted will be recognized worldwide EXCEPT Philippines.
