    nice topic @nagbabakasakali , Siguro sa panahon ngayon prepared dapat lahat ng docs. usual docs na hinahanap based on my exp are ...

    I. Documents:
    1. TOR
    2. Diploma
    3. Mariage certificate (kung kasal)
    4. Certificates (if any, for example in IT, mga microsoft certifications)
    5. Testimonials (hindi ko common sa pinas) ng previous boss

    Lahat yan hardcopies and prepare mo na rin ang softcopy ng mga above, since uso na ang cloud, save nyo sa cloud tapos dito nyo na i-paprint para I was bigat.

    @Admin Dapat ba original ang e pasa or photocopy? bring original copy at photocopy ba? tama po ba?

    Bring original pero photocopy hihingin. Impt mga docs kasi kakailanganin mo yan sa ibang case. Like dealing with govt paminsan. E.g. PR applications.

    Gaano kaimportante ung testimonials from previous boss? Medyo not in good terms with my direct superior before, kaya malabong magbigay ng testimonials un. Although makakakuha naman ako ng COE sa kanila.

    @nomad0430 in my case important sya, yung current company ko nanghingi sila ng dalawang reference from my previous companies. Binigay ko yung manager ko sa last job ko, nung una hesitant sila kasi baka daw magbigay ng bad feedback para wag ako pakawalan. In good terms naman kami ng manager ko so maayos yung binigay nya na feedback.

    Medyo tagilid ako dito ah.
    Pwede kaya si HR gawin ko reference if kailangan nila from my last job?
    Not sure kung magiging maganda feedback ng direct boss ko ngayon kung sya ibibigay ko.
    Ung sa ibang dating trabaho ko naman pwedeng pwede ko ibigay mga former bosses ko, sure ako maganda magiging feedback nila wag lang talaga dito sa work ko ngayon.

    @nomad0430 hindi lahat ng employer nire-request yan, usually MNC na into finance, securities, or government business or clients, sila naghahanap niyan to vet the candidate, pero kung hindi MNC or kahit MNC pero hindi naman tight sa screening ng candidates hindi na hinahanap yan, COE will be enough. Maraming mga companies na walang capacity to do background checks or they don't bother to request for testimonials, big MNCs lang yung ganyan.
