AIC Approval Waiting Time before IPA application for Therapy Aide

Gusto ko lng sana e tanong if meron naka experience or may idea how long ang waiting time for approval from AIC. I was told kasi by my agency na waiting pa sila ng approval from AIC before maka start process nga IPA. I think I saw a similar post from 2017 dito but the poster did not mention how many days yun sa kanya. Also, if I may ask what’s the purpose of applying for approval to AIC first before applying for IPA? I hope someone can enlighten me about the this. Thank you and stay safe!?
