Job Description
Provide support and resolution on 1st level and 2nd level end-user telephone/email enquiries and issues on in-house applications, standard PC problem, network and server issues related to hardware and operating system. Educate and train end users on the correct usage of IT System. Support the implementation of new solutions or applications. Document all IT task and procedures to enhance system work flow. Work with IT Team to provide daily operational support and availability.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Experience in supporting Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019, Cisco networking, Checkpoint firewall, VMware, Airwatch Workspace One, Voice Over IP, Aruba Wireless, Aruba Clearpass and VEEAM backup.

    • Design  and developing REST APIs
    • Implement security and data protection features
    • Implement testing pipelines from GIT to deployment
    • Deploy app from Docker Hub to stage, test and prod env
    • Stay abreast of latest developments in web based technologies
    • Participate in product development, from ideation to deployment
