Job Description for Housekeeping Attendant
• Responsible for the cleanliness of all assigned work areas and equipment
• Replenish guest amenities
• Attend to guests’ requests promptly
• Report room defects as well as lost and found items

Job Description for Guest Experience Specialist (Hotel)
• Perform check-in and check-out for hotel guests in the most professional and efficient manner to ensure high level of guest
satisfaction • Maintain effective communication within the Front Office department and other departments, especially Housekeeping to ensure seamless experiences for all guests • Attend to guests enquires and handle feedback • Any other ad hoc duties base on operational needs

Job Description for Guest Experience Specialist (F&B)
· Welcome the guest at the entrance and assist to lead guest to their table.
· Recommend and take order on food and beverage to the guest
· Assist in decanting of the wine and provide wine services.
· Process the food orders and operating a cash register, replenishment of stocks, cleaning the restaurant and completing other assigned tasks.
· Interact with guests; provide warm and memorable guest experience, ensure all guest receive prompt and excellent standard of service
· Ensure that all purchases are processed through proper procedures

Benefits & Remunerations:
• Basic Salary: $1,530.00 (For Housekeeping) / $1,900 (For Guest Experience Specialist / $2,500 (For Guest Experience Lead)
• Overtime pay as per MOM guideline
• Shift Allowance: Split Shift $10 per day / Night Shift $5 to $10 per day (Shift work applicable only for Guest Experience Specialist)
