Provide professional customer service, administrative and clerical support.
Provide timely response to customer feedback and enquiries. (Engage with customer and ensure follow up is made)
Manage customer renewals, includes relevant paperwork for contract renewals.
Assist to follow up with outstanding receivables.
Assist in general administrative duties.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director.

Excellent interpersonal skills and Customer service oriented
Proactive, meticulous, organized, and willingness to learn
Proficient in MS office applications (Eg, Outlook, Excel, Words)
With minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Able to speak English
