Philippine Bank to check Singapore Bank Accounts

Comments

  • hindi..not unless bigyan mo sila authority.
" wat do u mean?
  • Hi Reyven, credit card scoring is ung parang grading / standing whether you are good in paying or not.
  • ganito nalang...

si-simplify ko question mo if tama ako..hehe

Like hsbc.
  • @reyven im trying to apply for Housing Loan (P). On time naman bayad ko dito. From what I heard higher chance ang approval kapag mganda ang credit standing.

  • dahil yan sa hindi siya nagbasa ng, fine-print, Terms and Conditions or Agreements between bank and account holder.

No more than that.

First of all, ang tanong ng threadstarter ay "Possible ba na ma check ng mga bangko sa Pinas ang mga bank account naten dito sa SG?". Ang seeker ng information is from Philippines. Ang sagot ay hindi. Hinding hindi ibibigay ng bank dito sa SG any information unless ikaw ang mag-inititate like kung gusto mong gamitin yung whatever information na nandito sa SG papuntang Pilipinas. Otherwise, the SG bank will be penalized.
  • fyi..

maglabas ng ano man information about sa accnt mo without your concent..(specially dollar accnt)

if you remember the case of erap and corona, khit mga senado hindi nila kayang utusan ang bank na ilabas ang information dahil labag yon sa batas.

@AhKuan Kung nagmigrate yung friend mo, I would assume na yung forms na gamit eh from another country, right? Kapag 1st World Country yan, I would assume na yung forms nila nakalagay yung tanong na "have you been under financial embarassment, been an undischarged bankrupt, judgment debtor..." Following that, may Letter of Authorization na pipirmahan yung applicant for loan. The applicant allows the bank to conduct credit investigation. Note that kahit global bank yun, hindi nila pwedeng gamitin yung information from another country ng wala kang authorization.

But the form that was signed by the applicant from the overseas bank would legally cover that.
