Block is situated between NYP and ITE.
Room will be available and can move-in on 22 January 2024.
Unit is shared by 2 Filipino married couples.
Rent: S$1,100: 1 month advance, 1 month deposit (no refund upon payment so you must be 100% sure in renting the room).
PUB will be shared equally by all renters.
Block located behind the bus stop. 3 stops to Yio Chu Kang MRT, and 3 stops to Ang Mo Kio MRT
Buses available: 72, 45 (to YCK), 50, 159 (to AMK)
3 minutes walk to nearest Hawker, Wet Market, Clinics, mamak shops, Sheng Siong, and Giant grocery stores.
Cooking is allowed.
Parties are NOT allowed. Visitors to be discussed with main tenants. We value privacy so we don't want people to come in and out of the house.
Block is behind so not noisy and a good place to rest after a stressful work.
