Pass approved while in the Philippines

Hello there! Mageexpire na 30 days SVP ko kaya nagexit po ako ng Pinas last July. I had my number roaming kasi gusto ko pa rin ituloy paghahanap ko ng work. After two weeks may tumawag at nahire po ako. Pinrocess na po nila pass ko at may IPA na ako ngayon. Hihingi po ako ng advices paano po ako makakabalik ng Singapore kaagad. Safe po ba kung mag avail ako ng tour package sa Kuala Lumpur at magSingapore pagkatapos?
Or may masusuggest po ba kayo na magandang option bukod dito?

That is the fastest way but safe, well not recommended. Other option: Drop by sa POEA (for direct hire, I think level 2) and they will give a checklist and you need to prepare payment for OWWA, pag-ibig and PhilHealth plus you need to go for a medical. By going thru POEA, you can save yourself for buying 2- way airplane tickets, terminal and other taxes plus at least you have peace of mind because you are documented. The big problem, well, there's a bunch of requirements that you need to prepare as they will check your employer offered contract.

Pwede ka na dumiretso dito. Pakita mo lang IPA mo sa immigration Officer.

alam ko pwedi mo lang pakita IPA mo sa sg immigration pero pag s pinas mo pinakita yan hahanapan ka OWWA.

ang big problem is panu ka makakalabas ng pinas. but once makalabas ka na safe ka na dito kasi may IPA ka na. pwede mo rin sundin ung payo ni yen kung may oras ka pa. check mo ung start date mo kung kelan. otherwise no choice ka but to fly here. maraming way para makaiwas sa immigration officer. like fly in a group like family, or with friends. para mukhang tourist ka.

if mag aayos ka ng papers jan sa pinas, ina-acknowledge ba sa atin IPA lang kahit walang contract at pass (card)

Same question din with reyven. Mapprocess ba ang docs sa POEA even if IPA lang meron ka? Hindi ba kailangan ung pass mismo? Thanks sa sasagot.

@reyven ang alam ko normally may contract ka dapat na pinirmahan before ka applyan ng pass ng employer.

Kung IPA pa lang usually wala pa yan contract. Di ko lang alam kung pwede humingi na ng contract kahit IPA pa lang lalo na pag direct hire. Sa agency kasi pwede ata.

dear @Admin cguro dpende nrin s company pinapasukan, but from my personal experience bibigyan ka lang
parang Letter of Offer pag ngkasundo kyo saka palang iaapply pass mo after approval nun application ng pass
saka ka palang pipirma contrata..

cguro natuto nrin mga ibang company dito pipirma contrata tas saka palang iaapply ang pass, wat if hindi
na approve yung application nun pass, bali wala din yung contrata pinirmahan.

Same kami ni @reyven ng experience. Inofferan ako ng salary then nung nagkasundo sa sweldo, inapply yung pass ko. After na-approve, saka ako pumirma ng kontrata. Ang explanation din sakin ay dahil if hindi ma-approve ang pass, wala ding sense yung contract.

That was 6 months ago. ***6 months na pala kami dito. XD

Pero mas okay pa din pose as tourist na lang. XD

Ah i see. Last time kasi ung agency ko pinapirmahan ako nung nasa pinas pako. Then sinend ko via email. Offer letter nga ata yon. Tagal na rin kasi. Hehe.
