Long Term Visitor Pass
Hi everyone! Any ideas po? Thank you!

Eligibility for Long Term Visit Pass
Eligible Employment Pass or S Pass holders can bring certain family members to Singapore on a Long Term Visit Pass.
You can apply for a Long Term Visit Pass for your family if you meet these requirements:
Hold an Employment Pass or S Pass.
Earn a minimum fixed monthly salary of $5,000.
Are sponsored by an established, Singapore-registered company (usually your employer).
You can get a pass for the following family members:
Common-law spouse.
Unmarried handicapped children above 21 years old.
Unmarried step-children under 21 years old.
Parents - only for those earning a fixed monthly salary of at least $10,000.
Common-law Spouse requirements:
Any one of the following:
- Copy of the common-law marriage certificate.
- A letter from the embassy acknowledging that the work pass holder (WPH) and spouse are in a common-law relationship under the laws of their country.
- An affidavit from the WPH declaring that the WPH and spouse are in a common-law relationship under the laws of their country. The affidavit must also be notarised in that same country.
@michaeljohn, kailangan po dapat kasal na kayo bago mo siya pwedeng i-apply. dapat din naka notaryo yung dokumento na ipapasa.
A common law marriage is one in which the couple, usually a man and woman, lives together for a period of time and holds themselves out to friends, family and the community as "being married," but never go through a formal ceremony or get a marriage license.
Basically if we were married I could just apply for a dependent pass. But I believe when I called MOM they gave me this option of applying for a LTVP for my fiance which they allow for non married couples..
Is there anyone with a first hand experience on this that could let me know what kind of documents they provided? Affidavit of Cohabilitation or something similar maybe?
Thanks!
Thanks!

question is....ano pagkakaiba ngayon ng dpendant pass at LTVP? pwedi b sila magwork pareho under LOC?
Pag mga anak mo DP dapat iapply. Pag mga step children mo naman, LTVP dapat iapply.
