if sa tingin mo madami kyo sa linya ng trabaho mo (ksama ibang lahi) wag kna mag expek makakuha 10k na sahod hehe...
may mga industry na at Manager level 10k/month na, may mga industry naman na ang Manager level eh 6-8k/month. may mga industry na a Senior level eh nasa 10k/month na tapos may iba na ang Senior level eh nasa 4k/month lang.
Iba iba kasi ang salary range ng bawat role base sa market and industry.
sa Finance/Quant IT yang 10k ay common na sa Senior Dev (kick ass dev skills and experience)
across all industry it's not impossible and difficult sa mga magagaling talaga, yung mga roles and skills na naga-add ng value sa company or product, nagpapasok ng pera, nag miminimize ng risk, nag cha-challenge ng norms/status quo, nag eexecute ng mission/vision. yung mag dadala sayo diyan hindi lang education/degree, verifiable and measurable SKILLS and EXPERIENCE ang susi mo diyan, and probably connection as well.
