HELP : Training Manager from a BPO in the Philippines looking for a job here in Singapore
I was a Training Manager for almost two years in a BPO in the Philippines and is now actively looking for a job here in Singapore. Before I became a Manager, I was a Communications and Product Trainer for 4 years. I really need help as I can see that finding a job in SG is very challenging. Salamat mga kabayan.

Research mo din mga companies dito na malaki yung headcount when it comes to outbound/sales/customer care support, like insurance companies A-X-A or booking (C-o-m-f-o-r-t d-e-l G-r-o). Me mga kababayan tayo jan mga managers (previous customer care/sales B-P-O managers sa pinas). You might find a manager role.
As for your experience in training, depende yan sa accounts na na-handle mo and hopefully makuha mo din ang position level mo (dasal). Share mo which product/account sa pinas so we can suggest some companies. Like for example, me kilala ako tech support trainer ng H-P sa pinas nakahanap ng work dito as pre-sales consultant sa isang kilalang printer brand.

Kung feeling mo mashadong malawak scope ng job descriptions mo, gawa ka ng iba't ibang versions ng resume mo that will target a specific company or industry (it worked for me).
Mag agency kna kung wala kang nakukuhang responses sa email at kung me budget ka naman. Good luck balitaan mo kmi.
