    You have to up your game to convince OFWs to go home, otherwise this is the wrong place to advertise.

    If you're not interested you don't need to comment about this ad. If you think you are too good for this firm, don't apply. No one is forcing you. There's a big architectural firm in Singapore that just closed and many of our kababayans were retrenched. Your comment is not helping anyone. It's self-serving. Do you have even a slightest clue how much we are giving? No. Allowances for housing and transport are on top of the salary. Oh wait, why do I have to explain it to you? You're not interested to apply naman, or are you?

    Yes, shortage of skilled and RELIABLE CEs and Architects. Well, there are those who just had their licenses, without any experience at all but wanted to have big salaries and work in big firms. So yeah, it's actually a chicken and egg thing. If you know anyone who has just been retrenched there and can't find a job, perhaps you can point them here. Salaries here are getting more competitive since more and more international firms are putting up or partnering with local firms in Pinas. Infrastructure and other PPP projects are growing and definitely we want Pinoys to be in the forefront of local projects.
