Hello po! 2012 ng mastamp sister ko ng apat na X sa passport. SInce over 2 years na po sha di nakabalik SG, tanong ko lang if kailangan ko pa din po ba kuha ng approval sa ICA since lumampas na po sha sa ban timeframe? Thank you sa mga sasagot. @Admin paelighten lang po salamat ng marami.

    Baka po pwede pa share lang po if meron na nakaexperience bumalik Sg ng wala clearance. Thank u.

    Did she try to come again? I think the ban is indefinite. If you are not sure,can write or call to ICA.
    If there were no criminal offences then shouldn't be a prob.

    @carpejem not yet po, di pa sha nag attempt bumalik ever since, no criminal offence nmn po. Ung sinasabi po ba na x is katumbas 6 months un po ba talaga ang batayan nila? then after pwede na ulit bumalik?

    Kabayan punta kna lang ng ICA then apply ka ng clearance hhingan ka jan ng local o PR na sponsor...Kasi mkkita at mkikita record nya khit ngpalit na ng passport o kahit matagal ng nkapunta...base on experience po...thanks...God Bless....

    @trinityrogers you'll never know unless you try (first opt.) or (2nd opt.) go check at ICA for this matter, i'm pretty sure they will accommodate your concern.

    Na Ban din bf ko to enter Sg for 2 years,, mga 5 years ago na siguro then last feb lang pumunta xa dito sa sg smooth lahat no question 30 days pass xa.. on his 25th in sg day gumora kmi ng jb then nagstay din xa ng almost 30 days doon, From KL to changi bumalik kmi, ayun doon na nagka problem na question na keso bakit need daw nya magstay sa sg ng 30 days at aware daw ba ako sa record ng bf ko,, (ung 2 years ban nya super tagal na lumipas nkapag work na xa sa dubai halos 3 years xa doon) ayun jusme denied to entry xa, wala nmn xa ginawang violation kahit pending application for job. di ko rin maintindihan patakaran ng sg. A to A xa, pinablik xa ng KL. Sabi sakin ng oFFICEr if want daw ulit pumasok ng Sg need ko daw gumawa ng request letter sa ICA.. Super Stress lang,
