Sahod na tataas tapos bababa muli
Mga boss pa-advice lang: kunyari 5k sahod ko ngayon tas lumipat ako sa 6k na pasahod tas after 3 years di ako nirenew ng company so bumalik ako sa previous company pero 5k inoffer. Kung kagatin ko yun, magkakaprublema ba ko sa work pass approval kung taas - baba ang sahod ko? Dapat ba pataas lang sahod kasi you are gaining tenure at experience?

May nakwento kasi samin, from EPass naging SPass approved naman. (Ewan lang if nabago sweldo or not.)
1. Pass approval - as long as pasok ka naman sa epass requirement I think it shouldnt matter. Although nasa ceiling ka na 5k. Possible ka ba humingi ng nego to atleast 5.5k para lambas ka sa 5k ceiling?
2. Salary decrease - market value. Yes pag bumaba ka ng sweldo nakaka demoralize yan. Especially now na wala ng un golden age ng Singapore. Mahirap na makahanap ng mataas na sweldo. Sabi nga ng kaibigan ko singaporean pinoy. Ang labanan daw ngyn e pababaan ng sweldo na. hope makabawi ang SG sa crisis.
My opinion lang... assess yourself with which route will give you more positive outcome.
