hello mga kababayans,

I am looking into possibilities na mkpgwork sa SG for Customer Service Industry most likely Call Center or Shared Service Company. I am an Operations Manager here in the Phil. just trying to test my luck. nkpgsend na rin ako ng application online and hoping matawagan ako would there be anything else I need to do?.

    Sorry to be honest matagal ng nilipat sa ibang bansa ang call center jobs like malaysia. Sa customer service naman madalang kasi mas preferred ang locals at marunong mag chinese especially sa local companies.

    @Abz0626 walang anu man. again meron pa rin naman openings pero kung chance ang pag uusapan. medyo mahirap sa kalagayan ng economy ng Singapore.

    @Abz0626 since OM kana sa pinas, iconsider mo din ang magiging position at salary mo dito. Ang alam ko nasa 50k-70k ang average pay ng OM sa pinas sa BPO.

    Dalawang factors ang iconsider mo:
    1. Malabong makuha mo ang same position mo dito unless you are exceptionally talented and with very good qualifications.
    2. Kung makakakuha ka ng job but entry level call center job, halos same salary k din. Or may be lower pa.
