Hello,
Any ideas regarding the LTVP application? may nari- reject din ba? I just heard from my colleague kasi na ung Dependant application ng anak ng cousin nya is rejected.
Pwede ba mag apply ng LTVP kahit wala pa yung baby ko dito sa SG?

    so far mga colleague ko (singaporean) asawa nila foreigners, all approve. hindi mahirap. depende parin sa sitwasyon.

    @chat29 PR po ba kayo? ang LTVP is for PR po, ang dependent pass is for s/e pass na may salary po na 5ksgd, pag below po 5k ang salary e rereject po ng MOM.

    what's your Pass? PR or SG'n? Yes, you can apply LTVP or DP without personal appearance yet.

    Both PR po kaming mag asawa. Plan sana namin dalhin dito ung daughter namin and i apply ng LTVP ..also hoping na makapasok sa school dto. Kaso nakita ko one of the requirements is ung embarkation card? So wait pko pagdating nya before maka apply?

    @chat29 unless may iba pang way para makakuha ng Disembarkation/Embarkation card bukod sa pumunta dito, eh yes kailangan mo mag wait na makarating siya, pero hahanapin lang naman yung D/E card sa registration (personal appearance) na, pwede i-submit yung application kahit yung ibang requirements lang muna.

    @chat29 pwede rin dalhin mo na dito at e apply for LTVP na kadalasan ay 1year ang ibinibigay. Around November kailangan mo ng mag apply sa School na malapit sa inyo, di pa rin yan segurado na dyan makakapasok kasi priority muna S'porean, PR then Foreigner category. MOE ang mag assign ng school kung saan sya makakapasok. Maswerte kayo kung hindi puno ang slot sa school.Sakaling puno na ay e assign yan sa medyo malayo sa inyo. Yong anak ko sa Bukit batok nakapasok pero dito kami sa West Coast nakatira. Pagka nakapasok na sa school kailangan e apply nyo uli ang anak nyo ng STUDENT Pass kasi yan ang tamang pass kung nag aaral ang bata sa SG. Normally 6 yrs binibigay.

    Hello po sa inyo. My wife and daughter used to be with me sa SG. We were lucky to get PR status last time. Due to some circumstances, both of them need to go back sa Pinas. My wife also decided to give up her PR status. PR pa din ang daughter ko. After a couple of years, we are planning to get together again sa SG. Plan ko sana mauna ung wife ko, apply her under LTVP then once maayos na namin ung setup, sunod si daughter. Gusto ko sana makapagwork si wife kahit part-time lang. A few questions:
    1. LTVP po ba dapat ang i-apply ko for her given the situations above?
    2. Pwede po ba magwork kahit part-time "legally" ang under LTVP?
    3. Are there other ways para maachieve ko ung mga plans above?

    1. Yes pwede. Kaso d sure ung approval rate. But again no harm trying.

    2. For legal work i know u need to be converted to work permit ata un, bec ltvp is not supposed to work in sg. D sila allowed.
