    sori sir, pero mostly nman dito walang connection sa pagaapply pero nkakakuha sila ng work..

    maybe hindi match yung qualification na hinahanap nila sa qualification ntin or meron mas qualify na applicant kaysa satin..

    @rcdc_m2j2668 dalawa lang yan sir baka meron mas qualified syo sa mga inaapplyan mo or over qualified ka,hehe...saka baka sobra laki sahod mo d nila kaya ibigay..
    meron ako kaibigan sa oil & gas din sya sahod nya 1M (peso) per month..(contract nya - 2months work & 3weeks vacation libre pa air ticket)

    @rcdc_m2j2668 I have friend (pinoy) raking high monthly pay as Project manager, he resigned, it took almost a year to take new Job. Infact he is Singaporean (acquired). He may be over qualified or bit choosy. I think you can find a lot on Job portals. Kudos!

    tingin ko lang hindi importante kung ikaw ang una or last na mkaka alam kung meron hiring sa isang company,
    if qualified ka cgurado they will call you..
    hindi nman cguro kukuha ng mga pipitsugin HR personnel mga malalaking company for sure alam nila ginagawa nila at alam nila kung ano kelangan or hinahanap ng company nila, give them some credit..

    maybe nasanay ka lang na makahanap or lipat sa ibang company with the help of someone na kilalaka..

    don't you think madami ka advantage compare sa mga naghahanap din ng work ngayon na wala din sila kilala or connection? pero bkit sila nkakahanap?
