Ask ko lang po ung nag papatransient rooms po dito nghihingi po tlga ng deposit?thank u po

    Depende po siguro pero kmi ng wife and kids ko nag transient last May, wala nman hiningi n deposit. Saka para saan ung deposit? Kasi kng decided k n either pay in full or daily rate ata. Bago lng din kasi ako dito s SG. Hindi ko p alam ungpasikot sikot.

    Teka ask natin s knila. Yan idol ko ung mga yan s knila aq nakuha ng tips.

    @Jannz18 normally, kailangan talaga ng deposit. kasi proteksyon yun para kung bigla na lang mawala yung umuupa/transient o pag may ginawang hindi maganda. binabalik naman yun lahat pag walang naging problema

    depende yan sa magpapa transient or magpapa rent...kung sigurista ung nagpapa upa manghihingi talaga deposit....by the way sa aking pagkaka alam bawal ang nagpapa transient even renting out the utility room dahil merong limit ang occupant mapa HDB or Condo. Better be careful na lang po....

    @Bert_Logan Correct. Bawal po tlga, pero madami nman nagpapa transient. Mapalocal or kapwa natin pinoy. Regarding sa Utility Room. Ung current room ko po ngyon ay Utility Room since nagstart ako mag work dito s SG last Jan 2019. May contract nman din ako don s owner and ang pinaka advise nila based on rules daw is 6 people Max lng s buong flat. Currently nasa 5 kami. Pero 4 lng tlga kmi dahil ung isa gf nung ka housemate pero parang don n din nakatira. Although may sarili din syang room n binabayaran sabi nung gf nung nakausap ko minsan. Madami din po ako nakausap s FB n pinoy n nagpapatransient.

    Ano po b ung chances n magkaroon ng biglaang inspection? Ang naisip ko lng kasi is kapag nireport k ng kapit bahay mo.

    @zhypher33 chances, hindi ko alam. pero sa kung nagkakaroon ng inspection? oo, nagkakaroon. meron ng Pinoy na napaalis sa inuupahan nila dahil ang daming tao. may nagreklamo? maaari

    @zhypher33 record mo na yun sa AySi/FIN mo. base dun sa kakilala ko, wala namang kriminal na kaso. pwera na lang kung lagi kang mahuhuli

    pero mas mabuti nang hindi ka magkaroon ng record kasi habang buhay mo na yun

    @zhypher33 pedeng makaapekto sa next pass renewal yon, kasi may rule na ngayon ang MOM na bago maissue ang pass, klngan ung tirahan ay sumusunod sa hdb requirements.

    @zhypher33 just follow the law hirap na may record.......oo malakas loob ng iba lahi at ibang mga pinoy...but pag na tyempuhan ka....yun lang...gud bye sg sila....kawawa ung may ari ng bahay dahil pwede sa kanila mabawi ung unit

    @kabo @maya @Bert_Logan Panno ko nman po malalaman n legal ung tinutuluyan ko. Ang sabi skin nung agent. Max of 6 occupants daw per flat. Bukod don meron p ko dapat gawin s end ko?

    @kabo @maya @Bert_Logan nagbasa basa aq. basically HDB 6 months shortest stay and bawal s tourist i-parent. Private property nman tulad ng condo 3 months shortest stay. 2 room HDB flats bawal mag pa-rent. 3 room up to 6 people. 4 or more rooms up to 9 people pero max of 6 unrelated people lng pwede mag stay.

    Kaya pla ang diskarte s mga kapitbahay ay kamaganak ang pakilala s mga transient at dapat wag maingay dahil mahirap n at baka may magreport.
