Updating OEC from new employer

Hi, anyone here ngupdate ng OEC nla sa new employer? Balita ko kc dumagdag nnamn requirements nla. Paano po mgschedule ng appointment? Do I need to go directly sa embassy or register again online as New User?

  • hi, @berdugo! para sa appointment need mo pa rin maglogin sa dati mong account sa bmonline. tapos click mo yung "acquire oec exemption" sa may upper right. then keyin mo lang flight details mo then after nun may lalabas na "Are you returning to the same EMPLOYER and JOBSITE?" then click mo lang yung "no" para sa appointment page ka na nito idadirect.

    embassy lang may power na magupdate ng new employer mo, and di mo rin kailangan gumawa ng new user account. same pa rin naman requirements eh: appointment sheet, original and photocopy ng passport and workpass at saka yung contract mo sa new employer. mabilis lang yung process niya in fairness, prepare ka na rin ng $3 cash sa pagkuha ng new oec mo hehe. need mo rin magbayad nung owwa na $36 pala if expired na yung membership mo. nung time ko wala pang need na UEN ng company eh that was last month lang. siguro update mo nalang kami dito regarding sa new requirment ng embassy about sa UEN ng company. pero baka yung contract mo na ibibigay mo sa embassy eh naka state na rin yung UEN ng company mo baka pwede na yun?

  • Ngtanong nko dito kc akla ko may bago nnman process. chineck ko kc kahapon wlang ngppopup na input flight date sa bmonline using my phone and desktop kaya ngtaka ako..tmwag ako sa embassy knina ok na daw kc ngmaintenance daw cla at server traffic daw lol. anyway salamat!
  • Ito na ngayon yung new requirements nila kahit update of employer lang. Please shed some light kung nakapag-update na kayo ng employer using this new process nila na napakahassle.

    For Professionals and Skilled Workers

    - Employment contract signed on each page by the employer or the authorized representative containing terms and conditions which are over and above the POEA employment minimum standard (one original and one photocopy);
    - Print-out of Certificate from Registry of Companies (ACRA/BizFile) (one original and one photocopy);
    - Valid work permit, S-Pass, E-Pass or IPA (two photocopies);
    - Valid passport of worker (two photocopies); and
    - Any valid Identification of employer/authorized signatory to the employment contract (two photocopies)

    Note: The POEA recommends the use of the Standard Employment Contract for Various Skills, which contains the minimum labor standards required by the Philippine government. Please click here to download the said standard employment contract.

    If the company is not using the Standard Employment Contract and the contract provided by the company does not contain the minimum labor standards of the POEA, a compliance letter will be issued to the company with request to incorporate the POEA minimum labor standards in the company contract. Please click here to download the Compliance Letter.

    The above-mentioned documents should be submitted to POLO of the Philippine Embassy in Singapore. Only the following may submit documents: (1) worker; (b) employer; and (c) authorized representative of the employer/company. The process for verification and authentication of contract takes about five (5) working days. There is no need to set an appointment for verification and authentication of employment contract.

  • pahirap at kalokohan naman yang requirements na yan. bizfile, 1 original 1 photocopy? online lang binibili ng company yun. san kukuha original? at confidential yun, hindi basta2 may access ang normal na empleyado sa bizfile. ID ng employer/signatory? good luck nlng satin.

    Uo yan na yung bagong requirement..IC at bizfile tlga problema ska may contract verification and authentication clause pa daw...may ksma akong pinoy sa company nmin may appointment xa this month..balitaan ko nlng kayo.
    Akala ko may pgbabago sa mga OFW mas naging worst nman.

    ano na balita sa new employer kuha ng oec? talagang kailangan ba ng ID sa signatory sa contract? i think hindi ibibigay ng boss ko yung ic niya. lol
  • yung acra form ba good for how many days, months or years? tinatanong kasi ng employer ko eh.
  • paano kung nabigay ko lahat ng requirements sa embassy, agad ko bang makukuha yung OEC ko?
  • walang validity ang acra bizfile. pero may date kung kelan binili. depende sa pagpapasahan mo kung gano ka-recent ang requirement nila.
  • Hello po paano po gagawa ng waiver na hindi kaya ng company ko ang hinihingi nila? meron po ba form nun?
  • @KaiKai gawa lang po kayo ng sarili nyong waiver then pa sign nyo kung ano yung item na di kaya mabigay ng employer nyo. pede napo yun. ganon ginawa ng kasama ko.

  • Yung kakilala kong may new employer ilang months na syang hindi makauwi dhail hirap makakuha ng OEC. :( Nagbabalak na syang umuwi at bumalik as tourist :(
