Fresh Grad for locals yan, hanapin mo yung pwede foreigners o may quota
  • mahirap makakuha ng work dito kahit sa ibang trabaho. dahil sa kakulangan ng quota for foreigner.

    swertihan lang..
  • whats your specific skills in development?
  • Yah depende sa forte mo. SG is more on Microsoft Products and Java. Open source lately nalang nag boboom (a few years back) dahil sa mga new techs arising. Yung mga old techs like Cobol nandyan pa rin pero mahirap makahanap ng job dahil nag tratransition na ang mga govt at private sector to embrace new techs.

may demand pa din sa IT dito, pero kung foreigners dapat skilled and experienced talaga, fresh graduates sa locals na yan since dumadami na dito mga graduates ng IT/ComEng plus mga shifters pa since dagsa na din mga IT/Coding schools and trainings.

Make sure na highlighted mga skills and experiences mo kapag ng apply ka na and make sure you can back it up. Couple of months ago nag iinterview ako mga IT/Devs ilan din mga Pinoys pero mostly mga claims sa resume eh di ma backupan pg dating sa interview. If you can't back it up kapag tinanong sayo don't put it on your resume. Focus on where you are good at and where your experience is really significant, wag yung basta may trabaho lang na makuha attitutde.

  • True!!! notorius ang karamihan sa anaps (take note hindi lahat ha baka sabihin nyo racist ako, hahaha). experienced ang hanap nila. tsaka pala ang labanan ngayon sa IT, kung sino pinakamababa ang askin salary plus the number of exp. awwts kaya sobrang hirap pag nasa gitna or top of food chain ka na (you know what I mean).
