Coming back to singapore with unpaid debt

Hi sirs,

Here's my story

I used to ba a Singapore PR for 8 years before i went back dito sa pinas. During my entire stay in singapore, i accummulated reoughly about Sgd 3500 last 2011. Since di ko na sya nabayaran i think lumobo na sya to about 20or so thousand last 2015 before i left for manila

Kaya lang, last month, i was tapped by ths company i work for dkto sa pinas to go to singapore for a meeting with our client.

Haharangin kaya ako sa immigration pagbalik ko because of this debt? Papalabasin pa ba ko nga singapore?

Hoing for your advise. Thanks.

Kung wala kang plano bayaran utang mo, sana ma hold ka nga because people like you are the reason why Pinoys get bad reputation abroad, and as a debt defaulter, you also contribute to fees/charges/interest that the bank has to charge us diligent, responsible customers. Then maybe you can write about your experience on a board like this to dissuade others from following the same decision.

"sana ma hold ka nga because people like you are the reason why Pinoys get bad reputation abroad"

  • Dalawa lang ang hahantungan, A to A or diretso kulungan until mabayaran ang utang.
  • Hello Juanito..

    musta sir? may update ba?
How will you explain to your boss na hindi ka pwede pmnta sa SG? What goes around, comes around ika nga.
  • hindi kaya meeting eto sa trial court
  • medyo dumadami yung mga nagshe-share dito na tinakbuhan ang debts then wants to go back. :/
  • Im sure you know that to file bankruptcy you should have at least 10k in debt. And the bank must file on their end. Check your credit bureau report.
