Sa ngayon wala umaalis na tao kasi nga nagkakahigpitan sa work pass...madalas lang lumayas at mag jump ship ung mga local at mga PR...pero pag foreign talent kapit sa patalim sila... oo mas gusto ng company ang FT kasi di sila basta basta umaalis...kaso you need to be here pag may company nangailangan.....about sa work pareparehas lang naman process...basta marunong ka sasagot sa mga tanong ng interviewer about accounts exec work madali mo sila ma convince na i-hire ka.....try to learn excel advance kasi madalas pag mag report sa top management excel at power point lang concern nila at tama ung results......
Wala sila paki alam kung ano pa system as long as tama ung numbers and info na provide mo sa kanila.....
Kaya mo yan at lakasan lang ng loob...
pare parehas lang naman procedure sa accounting/finance...dapat sharp ka lang kasi minsan ka lang nila tuturuan..dpat pag turo nila syo isa beses or ikalawa kuha mo na....pag na hire ka mag take down ka ng notes...kasi kahit mga tao ko ayaw din mag turo ng ilang beses. Tanong ko sa kaibigan ko HR kung meron sa mga friends nila na nangangailangan ng tao...depende rin kasi kung may quota ung company......
