Ask ko lang po if ino-honor po ba ng POEA yung IPA letter as one of the requirements for OEC?

1) Kapag ba nacomplete yung OEC dito sa pinas, anu na lang yung mga need na ipakita sa PH IO? -
Sa time ko 3 years ago as far as I can remember, kukunin din ng IO ung cert mo ng seminar na inattend mo sa OWWA then OEC din and parang tinignan din contract ko and IPA. If ito ang option mo, meaning you have completed the process kaya wag mo nlg i check in yung mga docs pra in case hanapin eh nandyan lang sayo.
2) tinanggap naman po yung IPA letter nya as one of the requirements? -
Yes, kasama IPA sa document na ipapasa mo when you process your docs sa POEA.
3) Anu mas OKAY, iprocess ko na dito yung OEC ko or as tourist na lang gawin ko? -
Iba na ngayon ang process nila sa POEA may mga involved na ata dapat na agency hindi ko din alam kasi dati wala naman ganito. Tapos parang kelangan involved ang employer mo but maybe you can check with POEA kasi if may history naman ata na nag hire sila ng Pinoy eh ok naman na ata diretcho sa kanila and wala na agency.
Kagagaling mo lang ba SG? If hindi, pwede mag tourist ka na lang. Pero of course wag mo papakita sa IO any info na may job kna dito. Pero ang IPA mo need mo sa hand carry kc papakita mo yan sa SG IO. Gaya ng ginawa ng iba as tourist lumabas muna sa ibang bansa from Pinas bago dito. All the best!

Ang ending, nag-tourist ako. Sinabihan ko na lang yung employer ko na dito na ako mag-aasikaso ng OFW papers ko.
Kung kinakabahan ka, Mag book ka sa travel agency nung mga group tours nila para mukha ka talaga turista. hehe
if mag tourist ka I think should be ok kasi hindi mo lang din naman pala kagagaling dito. Pero sana meron ka company ID, COE or any proof of employment na pwd pakita once lumabas ka satin. At least in that way, you can justify na may work kpa dyan and magbabakasyon ka lang tlaga. Plus ok din na madaling araw or gabi pra wala sila tawagan na HR. Yung return ticket mo wag mo habaan ha? 4 or 5 days will do. Good luck!
@PinkPasta yes mga 4days lang balak ko pag nagtourist and prepare ko na lang din lahat ng need for tourist.

Kung di naman kaya ng budget e two-way tickets plus kunwaring accommodation (free cancellation sa agoda) mas ok pa din kung may kasama ka mas kapani paniwala na mag-tour k lang talaga.

So ayun, may tatlong requirements na need ko from my employer..
1. Employment Contract verified by POLO or the Philippine Embassy
2. Company profile
3. POLO endorsement letter addressed to the Administrator seeking exemption from the ban on direct-hiring.
Di ko inexpect na may need pa palang gawin yung employer so mejo nahihiya ako huhu. Pero siguro ganun talaga..
So ayun, pag po ba yang tatlong mga requirements pag okay na eh need po bang naka-red ribbon pag pinadala sakin?
