    tsaka sa dubai ba need mo clearance from company bago ka makalabas ng bansa? nakwento kasi ng friend ko sa qatar na natagalan sya don dahil may bagong batas na ganon nga dhl sa mga may utang na tumatakas. ganun din ba sa dubai? di mo alam kelan at kung may kakailanganin kang docs/clearance from that company in the future, so dont burn bridges. tama ka. kung para sayo, para sayo. malaki kna, kaya mo na yan :smiley:

    @linjuls07 mas ok yan. cause you never know. kung hindi man ikaw ang babalik dyan baka kapamilya mo or isang kababayan natin kaya mas maganda na maayos lahat

    hi linjuls07. currently working ako dito sa Dubai. hindi mo kylngan mg-render ng 2 months notice kasi bawal yan. Unlimited contract so pwedeng 1 month lng or less dpende sa employer mo, pero 2 motnhs ay against UAE Labour Law yan at pwede kwestyonin an employer mo nyn. Mas mgandang sundin mo kung anong nsa employment contract. Dapat na syo rin an Passport mo kasi personal property mo yan.Mas mganda kung icheck mo an UAE Labour Law.
